💚Each Jar of love comes with 8 discs in total, and the 2 hearts at the top and bottom are personalised to match your jar lid.
💙Our hearts and circles are loving etched and are designed to fit perfectly into the jars.
💛Each jar will have enough jump rings so the love notes can be hung and displayed or kept in the jar.
🧡We will pack and post your order directly to your loved one during this period of isolation.
