*Turnaround
All Premade orders are shipped within 3 Business days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use Australia Post as our Carrier

*Order Tracking
Tracking number will be emailed to customer within 3 days prior to shipment.

*Shipping Rates
Shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

*In the event of damage to your product in shipment.
We will replace your damage product within 3 Days, there will be no cost incurred by the customer.
